Treehouse's monitoring systems detected abnormal activity involving tETH pools due to an isolated oracle configuration issue on Term Finance's tETH pool. Approximately 570 tETH were liquidated. Treehouse’s vaults and user funds were not impacted and remain fully secure. Treehouse activated its internal incident response procedures, identified the suspected attacker's wallet address, and proactively secured and temporarily emptied Redemption Vaults. All tETH-related operations and vaults are running normally with enhanced monitoring.
