The FDA has granted accelerated approval to datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations and have progressed on prior systemic therapy.
