Dong Yaoqiong, known as "Ink Splash Girl," was forcibly disappeared after expressing her dissatisfaction with the Chinese Communist Party's dictatorship by splashing ink on a portrait of Xi Jinping in 2018. She was subsequently detained in psychiatric hospitals, subjected to torture and forced medication, and her father died in prison in 2022. Her current status is unknown.
